Где зарегистрирована Российская Федерация
РФ зарегистрирована в DTCC — это депозитарная трастовая и клиринговая компания. DTCC была создана в 1999 году. DTCC — это холдинг, который предоставляет клиринговые, расчетные и информационные услуги по акциям, корпоративным и муниципальным облигациям, паевым фондам.
Если есть выпущенные ценные бумаги, значит есть и хозяева этих ценных бумаг. Однако речь сейчас не про них. Владельцы известны и это не граждане РФ, хотя все не так просто. Причина всему, существование СССР и наличие обязательств хозяев денег перед учредителями СССР. В поле Римского права таким владельцем является народ и граждане СССР.
Вернемся к DTCC и ее дочерней компании Business Entity Data (BED) B.V. Эта компания сделала онлайн приложение Global Market Entity Identifier Utility (GMEI). Через систему присвоения кодов и идентификаторов в этом приложении можно отследить любую зависимость одной компании от другой. Вот что такое GMEI:
В общем, данный сайт — это всемирная база данных коммерческих компаний — юридических лиц. Эти компании имеют мировые коды и идентификаторы. Они владеют другими компании, и другие компании владеют ими. Паутина такая, что даже профессор Мориарти сломал бы голову, как тут все устроено.

Managing LOU/Управление LOU — это провайдер, управляющий записью объекта. По сути — это и есть хозяин юридического лица. Фиксируем полученные данные для РФ:
Кто же скрывается под номером 5493 GMEI, кто зарегистрировал РФ и какая новая фирма является ее текущим владельцем? Ведь, как выяснили управление было передано. Проясняем цепочку дальше. Обратим внимание на юридический адрес компании РФ:
Он нам понадобится дальше. Есть ли еще какие-либо фирмы, которые зарегистрированы под таким же кодом LEI? Оказывается есть.
Министерство финансов Российской Федерации
Оказывается, Министерство Финансов Российской Федерации было тоже зарегистрировано в GMEI. С тем же LEI. Однако, на текущий момент эта фирма закрыта. Дата закрытия: 17.07.2021 года. А это значит, что все ее дочерние компании, в том числе и налоговая инспекция РФ, как фирмы больше не существуют.
Что означает статус Active? Active назначается юридическому лицу, имеющему независимый юридический статус. К активным юридическим лицам относятся платежеспособные компании, работающие в нормальном режиме, а также те юридические лица, которые находятся в административном, судебном порядке или банкротах, но все еще имеют юридический статус.

Смотрите на первый скрин и на важные 2 момента: юрисдикция и юридический адрес. По факту имеем следующее на Минфин РФ:
Ого, какие интересные факты вскрываются! Оказывается есть 2 юрисдикции — это юрисдикция РФ и юрисдикция Россия. И это совершенно 2 разных юрисдикции! А самое интересное, что закрытое Министерство Финансов РФ находилось до 17 июля 2021 года не в своей юрисдикции, а в юрисдикции России.
Даже черт у себя в мозгах все ноги поломал, что уже говорить про простых людей. Хозяева денег уже сами, наверное запутались в своих махинациях. Уже непонятно кто из их новых фирм несет ответственность за недееспособных граждан РФ. Ведь РФ то юридически не существует, как оказывается!

Немного ушли от того, где зарегистрирована российская федерация и на кого она оформлена, однако вы много теперь знаете. Теперь узнаем информацию об управляющем провайдере записью регистрации РФ — это BED/GMEI Utility (5493).

Вносим BED/GMEI Utility (5493) в поиск Яндекса и на 3 строке в поиске у меня выскакивает сайт OpenLEIs. Идем по ссылке и смотрим информацию:
Интересная информация про Sponsoring Authority/Спонсирующий Орган — это Комиссия по торговле товарными фьючерсами США. Именно она, как показано выделяет все деньги на такие базы данных и учет ими. Копируем LEI EVK05KS7XY1DEII3R011 и вносим на сайт GMEI, видим следующее:
Появилась внизу скрина новая строчка Ultimate Parent/Конечный Родитель. Что это означает? Конечный родитель — это юридическое лицо высшего уровня, которое готовит консолидированную финансовую отчетность для дочерней компании. Жмем на MLDY5N6PZ58ZE60QU102 и смотрим, кто же зарегистрировал фирму РФ:
Ну вот мы и увидели, какая фирма на текущий момент является хозяином коммерческой структуры под названием РФ. Данная структура еще раз смотрим скрин:

Фактически и юридически РФ не существует с декабря 2017 года и я наглядно вам это показал, где и как смотреть. У меня возникает закономерный вопрос гражданам РФ: «Кому вы платите налоги и ЖКХ?» Вы вообще видите, где зарегистрирована Российская Федерация и на кого она оформлена?
Коммерческое право в юрисдикции Российской Федерации
Учитывая, что родительская фирма РФ ликвидирована, однако ее дочерние фирмы еще остались. Если вы зайдете на сайт налоговой инспекции, то сможете по ОГРН найти эти компании. Любой суд, прокуратура или местное МВД — это местные коммерческие компании, которые оказывают услуги. Главная беда только в том, что сути контрактов они не раскрывают.
А раз так, то они нарушают Единообразный Коммерческий Кодекс UCC. Мало того, они попадают под Адмиралтейское Морское право и уже многими другими фирмами, такими как:
признаны пиратами. Что полагается за нарушение честности и открытости сделок, можете посмотреть в фильме Джон Уик 2. UCC по моим данным, могу и ошибаться, был создан именно для честности и открытости условий договора. Именно в этом кодексе прописаны понятия и суть не раскрытых коммерческих контрактов и соглашений.
Есть даже такой параграф 1-308, который я упомянул в своей статье о простом и переводном векселе. Могу лишь только еще раз, тут его озвучить:

Надеюсь теперь вы поняли, где зарегистрирована российская федерация и на кого она оформлена. И не знаю, как долго еще будет просыпаться сознание у граждан СССР в понимании, что они никогда гражданами РФ не являлись. Паспорт РФ никогда не получали. В дополнение к своим словам, почитайте новый выпущенный, как бы закон РФ ФЗ-109 вступивший в силу с 1 июля 2021 года. О чем он? Все так называемые государственные служащие в РФ обязаны подтвердить свое гражданство с момента вступления закона в силу:
Мне вот интересно, как граждане СССР, коими все персоны де-юре являются, будут подтверждать свое гражданство РФ. Особенно интересно будет посмотреть на чиновников через 6 месяцев, кто не подтвердит гражданство РФ. Они по сути должны будут депортированы с территории РСФСР/СССР.

Glossary of Terms
File format developed by the LEI Regulatory Oversight Committee and mandated for LEI issuing organizations to report LEI and legal entity reference data. The GMEI Utility provides files in the Common Data File Format as well as the proprietary GMEI File Format, updated daily and available for download.

The Direct Parent, or «direct accounting consolidated parent» is defined as the lowest level legal entity preparing consolidated financial statements for the entity. For more information, please refer to the LEI ROC publication «Collecting Data on Direct and Ultimate Parents of Legal Entities in the Global LEI System».
An optional field that provides additional information regarding the type of entity being registered. The currently supported values for Entity Category include:
Note that «Other» is a valid option. If an entity is defined as a «Branch» then it must provide the Branch Headquarters relationship information.
The Address is the primary street information of the registered address of the entity according to the documentation for incorporation. Each Address Line can have a maximum length of 100 characters, and any Unicode character is allowed. Previously named «Registered Address.»

Submit information on where the entity is incorporated, not where the entity is headquartered, physically operating, or other address alternatives.
Information on the PO Box, Building, and Floor can be provided in Address Line 1 if necessary.
Addresses should follow national postal address standards for the country of registration (where available). You may wish to review existing records within the jurisdiction you’re registering to better understand the formatting for a specific jurisdiction.
The Legal Name is the registered legal name of the entity as found in its native language on its documentation for incorporation. This field has a maximum length of 255 characters, and may include Unicode characters.
The Managing Local Operating Unit (LOU) field indicates which provider has management of the given entity record.
The Managing LOU prefix is a 4 character code allocated uniquely to each LOU. Below are the prefix codes associated with the GMEI Utility.
The date at which the Registration Status of the LEI record will be set to LAPSED unless the Renewal process is completed. Previously named «Next Maintenance Date»; see «Renewal»).
In certain instances, an entity may not be able to report the parental relationship, in which case it may be necessary to «Opt-Out» of one or both relationships. The reasons an entity may opt-out of relationship reporting include:
The Postal Code (or Postal, ZIP, or PIN Code) is the legal Postal Code of the entity. This field can have a maximum length of 20 characters, and any Unicode character is allowed.
The LEI being referenced for Registration is possibly a duplicate of an LEIthat is already registered in the GLEIF system. Ensure that you are not attempting to register for an LEI that already exists.
Legal names previously associated with the entity or the LEI record.
Registration is completed by an entity wishing to have an LEI assigned either by a primary party, or a third party with explicit permission to assist in registering on the entity’s behalf. Registration requests are completed on the GMEI Utility Portal, and an LEI is assigned after validation.
Registration Status refers to the status of the LEI record on the GMEI Portal (formerly referred to as «Renewal State»). Possible values for this field are:
